Use a level, non-slip surface when balancing or building obstacle courses with Stapelstein®.

We recommend stacking a maximum of 3 elements for climbing.

All Stapelstein® products are waterproof but don’t serve as a floatation device. Young children must be supervised when playing in the water.

Pointed objects like scissors, stones, knives, nails, wire, or teeth can leave permanent marks on the elements. Severe damage may affect stability.

Stapelstein®-elements are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Please note: They are not designed for long-term outdoor storage. Prolonged direct sunlight exposure can lead to discoloration and material fatigue. To maintain the durability of your elements, store them in a dry and shaded place, protected from UV rays and weather influences.

Returns

We understand that circumstances change. Our return process is designed for your convenience:

1. Return Window
You have a generous 14-day window from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to return the product for a refund. Any items you are returning should be in the same condition as when you received them.

2. Refund
We will email you a prepaid return label for an order of any value. You will receive instructions on how to return via email. After your return is received, we will swiftly process your refund with the restocking fee automatically deducted. For orders exceeding $269, a restocking fee of $18.00 applies, encompassing shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs. For orders below $300, the restocking fee will match the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.

3. Handling and Deductions
Shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the return. We may make a deduction from your refund if there is a loss in the value of the goods due to unnecessary handling.

Cancellation process

Changing your mind is easy at Stapelstein. Our cancellation process is designed for simplicity:

1. Cancellation Period:
The cancellation period begins when your order is placed and ends once the order has been shipped. We recommend sending your cancellation request as soon as possible to avoid processing a return.

2. Refund Confirmation:
Upon cancellation, you will receive confirmation via email.

3. Swift Refund Process:
We will promptly issue your refund using the same payment method you used for the first transaction. We will start processing your refund within 1-2 days after we get the items back. It can take up to 10 to 14 days (about 2 weeks) for the refund to reach your bank.

4. Canceling an Order:
Start your cancellation request through email (info@stapelstein.com) or our Shopify Chat.
